These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Dovian mobile application (the "App"), operated by Giorgi, an independent developer based in Georgia ("Dovian", "we", "us").

These Terms apply to all users registered in the App ("User", "you"), together with our Legal Notice and Privacy Policy.
Dovian is a location-based platform for adult men to connect with people nearby and to create and join social events, available either with a free subscription or with a paid weekly, monthly or annual subscription that unlocks premium features.
Using the App means you accept these Terms and any future modifications or additional legal texts we may publish.
By accepting these Terms, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to purchase the services offered in the App. Dovian reserves the right to request proof of age and to suspend any account suspected of belonging to a minor.
To use the App you create an account using your email address and a password, or by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and must not share or transfer your account to third parties.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Dovian may suspend or cancel access, without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Impersonating another person, or behaving in an offensive, illegal or abusive manner while using the App, is prohibited. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of the account, where misuse is detected.
Dovian offers a free basic plan and a paid Premium plan (weekly, monthly or annual) that unlocks additional features. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and include applicable taxes.
All payments are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment-card details — these are handled directly by Google. Payments are subject to authorisation by your payment provider; if authorisation fails, the purchase is automatically cancelled.
Premium subscriptions renew automatically for the same period (weekly, monthly or annual) until you cancel. The applicable amount is charged to the payment method linked to your Google account at the start of each period.
By purchasing premium content you get immediate access to it; to the extent permitted by law this means the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once access has been provided, and amounts already paid are non-refundable except as required by law or the Google Play refund policy.
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date through your Google Play account ("Subscriptions"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Premium access until that date. No refund is due for a period already started.
Refund requests are also subject to Google Play's refund policy. Where a genuine technical fault attributable to the App prevented you from using a feature you paid for, contact [email protected] and we will review the case.
You agree to use the App lawfully, honestly and in good faith. In particular, you must not:
Dovian reserves the right to investigate and report conduct that breaches applicable law to the competent authorities, to remove infringing content, and to deny access to, suspend or exclude any User who breaches these Terms.
All rights in the content, design and source code of the App — including photographs, images, text, logos, designs, trademarks and trade names — belong to Dovian or to third parties who have authorised their use. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any commercial exploitation of all or part of the App's content is prohibited without our prior written authorisation. Content you upload remains your responsibility and you must hold the necessary rights to it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dovian is not liable for damages arising from: the unavailability, maintenance or malfunction of the App or its services; the usefulness of the App for any particular purpose; the content of third-party sites linked from the App; the presence of viruses or harmful components beyond our reasonable control; the unlawful, negligent or fraudulent use of the App by Users; or events of force majeure and failures of telecommunications or the internet beyond our control.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where the GDPR applies, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent by emailing [email protected].
The App may contain links to third-party websites. Dovian is not responsible for the content, information or services of those sites; their inclusion does not imply any association with or endorsement by Dovian.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be removed and the remaining provisions will stay in force. Dovian may modify the presentation, configuration and content of these Terms and of the App; material changes will be notified through the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence are not affected.
