This Legal Notice sets out the general information about the operator of the Dovian mobile application (the "App").

You are responsible for your use of the App. The App may give you access to text, graphics, designs, photographs, multimedia content and information ("Content") belonging to Dovian or to third parties. You must use the Content and services appropriately and, without limitation, must not:
Dovian may temporarily suspend access to the App for maintenance, repair, updates or improvements, and will give advance notice where circumstances allow. Dovian is not responsible for the use Users make of the Content.
All intellectual-property rights in the content and graphic design of the App (including images, audio, video, software, text, trademarks, logos, colour combinations, structure and design) are the exclusive property of Dovian or of third parties who have authorised their use. Reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution, public communication or any commercial exploitation or modification of all or part of the App's content is prohibited without Dovian's prior express authorisation. Temporary reproduction and storage strictly necessary to use and display the App on your device is permitted. Users are solely responsible for the legitimacy of any content they contribute.
Using the App may require you to provide personal data. Dovian processes such data in accordance with applicable law, as described in its Privacy Policy.
Dovian has taken all reasonable measures, given the current state of technology, to ensure the correct functioning of the App and the absence of viruses and harmful components. However, Dovian cannot be held responsible for: the accuracy, completeness or currency of data provided by Users; interruptions, failures, delays or blockages caused by deficiencies in telephone lines, data centres, the internet or other electronic systems; or damage caused by third parties who breach Dovian's security systems, provided Dovian has met its duty of care.
The App may contain links to third-party sites. As Dovian does not control those sites, it accepts no responsibility for their content or for any consequences of accessing them. The inclusion of such links does not imply approval of their content or any association with their owners. You access them at your own risk.
This Legal Notice constitutes an agreement between each User and Dovian. If a competent authority declares any provision unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that declaration does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Dovian's failure to require strict compliance with any provision is not a waiver of its right to require such compliance in the future.
